About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Sports Marketing, will manage key relationships with a sports federation in Malaysia, oversee football marketing initiatives, and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. The role focuses on partnership servicing, marketing campaigns, and jersey development to enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with a key sports federation, aligning partnerships with brand objectives.
- Oversee agency deliverables and football marketing initiatives, including player recruitment and grassroots campaigns.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital and public relation channels to highlight partnerships.
- Collaborate with global teams on jersey design and kit management for the federation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive brand engagement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Sports Management.
- 3+ years of experience in sports marketing or partnership management.
- Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
