Empower Others: Develop and deliver engaging training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and health & wellness initiatives, ensuring a consistent message and driving optimal performance.
Champion Health & Wellness: Lead the creation and execution of a robust training calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, and recruitment campaigns, promoting health education and knowledge sharing.
Multi-Platform Expert: Craft compelling content across diverse platforms, including presentations, social media posts, and live events, fostering engagement and driving impactful outreach.
Dynamic Team Leader: Collaborate with stakeholders, train and coach internal trainers, and utilise data to continuously improve training effectiveness and optimize participant engagement.

the experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering health or product training.
Excellent communicator with strong public speaking skills.
