Randstad is partnering up with a leading big 10 professional services firm in Malaysia. They are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Advisory to join their expanding team.

about the job

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in a range of corporate finance activities, such as financial due diligence, business and equity valuations, and assessing financial viability.
• Take full responsibility for drafting and preparing comprehensive reports independently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, providing guidance and support to junior staff during project completion.
• Confidently liaise with external stakeholders, ensuring all project expectations are met, including presenting findings and addressing queries during the process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related professional qualification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of economic indicators.
• For Assistant Manager roles, a minimum of 3 years of audit experience is required.
• For Manager roles, a minimum of 4 years of audit experience is required.
• Must be a dedicated, resourceful, and results-driven team player with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
