Assistant Manager, Group Reporting, Consolidation (Public Listed Company)
A public listed company who is rapidly expanding across Malaysia is looking for a career minded assistant manager to be part of their team. You will be in charge of the consolidated reporting fore the company and reporting to the senior manager of the team.
Main responsibilities of the Assistant Manager, Group Reporting
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and reporting requirements to holding company.
- Prepare quarterly reports for Bursa Malaysia announcements and Bank Negara Malaysia submissions.
- Perform fluctuation analysis to understand the operations of all subsidiaries and identify variations or relationships that are inconsistent.
- Provide support and communicate to all subsidiary finance personnel on accounting and group reporting matters.
Key requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in consolidation
• Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
