About the Role
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships, delivering data-driven recommendations, and ensuring high-quality research solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and exceptional client servicing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their research and business needs.
- Analyze and interpret data from consumer panels, retail audits, and other market research sources to provide strategic insights.
- Develop and present reports, recommendations, and solutions based on data findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of research projects.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or customize research solutions to meet client objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive movements to provide relevant insights.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in market research, client servicing, or customer success, ideally with Nielsen, Kantar, or similar research firms.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with syndicated data, consumer panels, or retail audits.
- Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
