- Drive Growth & Revenue: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve ambitious sales targets, manage trade investments, and optimize profitability for key customers.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customers, leading negotiations, ensuring effective product introductions, and providing exceptional service.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business performance data to inform strategic decisions, optimize resource allocation, and identify new business opportunities.

the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales or key account management experience.
- Experience managing chain pharmacies is desirable.
- Independent and proactive.
