the role
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach and drive sales within the General Trade channel, maximizing profitability through efficient budget management and pricing strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key distributors, resellers, and retailers, providing support and resources to ensure their success and optimize channel performance.
- Analyze channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions based on key metrics (Net Sales, IMS, DIH, etc.) to ensure business goals are consistently met.
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure customer satisfaction, drive product launches and promotions, and achieve strategic objectives.
the experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- General Trade experience in the skincare industry is desirable.
- Experience managing distributor sales executives/representatives.
- Independent and results-driven.
