About the Job
The Assistant/Finance Manager will play a key leadership role, guiding and coaching the finance team to ensure the seamless management of all financial activities within the organization. The responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accurate recording and adherence to accounting standards and policies.
• Overseeing statutory compliance and timely management reporting.
• Reviewing monthly group financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Leading the Billing and Credit division to ensure efficient billing and prompt collections.
• Monitoring supplier payments and managing cash flow and banking matters.
• Preparing and managing budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinating external audits and ensuring proper accounting practices.
• Implementing and enhancing accounting systems and work processes.
• Managing local tax reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Overseeing corporate and legal documentation.
• Coaching and developing team members to achieve career growth.
• Handling ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities as needed.
