This role reports directly to the Sales Director. This role is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of sales strategies and drive revenue growth in international markets. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with international stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and execution of sales strategies and marketing plans targeting international markets to ensure alignment with company goals and the achievement of sales objectives.
- Support the implementation of lead generation initiatives by identifying and sourcing potential sales opportunities through various channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy & Research team to execute business growth opportunities and market entry strategies.
- Assist in developing and coordinating action plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Provide support by analyzing sales data and market trends to offer insights into international growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- A Bacehlor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field
- At least 5-7 years of experience prefrably in a sales role within the FMCG industry
- Export Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Able to be based in Penang
