About the Role
The Assistant Consumer Insights Manager will be responsible for analyzing consumer behavior, leading research projects, and delivering actionable insights to support category growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and experience in market research methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer research data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of market and consumer research studies.
- Develop and present insights to support business decisions for assigned categories.
- Manage research agencies to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, trade, and product development teams to integrate consumer insights.
- Utilize innovative research techniques to enhance the understanding of consumer trends.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years in consumer insights or market research, preferably in FMCG.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in interpreting research data and extracting actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in quantitative research and tracking studies.
