About the Role
The Assistant Brand Manager (Promo Lead) will be responsible for developing and executing nationwide promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving consumer engagement. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national promotional strategies across digital, print, in-store, and experiential channels.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align promotional activities with business goals.
- Oversee all administrative tasks related to promotions, ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and influencers to amplify promotional reach.
- Ensure all promotions comply with regulatory requirements and align with brand guidelines.
- Propose innovative promotional initiatives to stand out in a competitive market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in consumer products, cosmetics, skincare, or confectionery is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies and national-scale marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
