The Assistant Brand Manager/Manager will lead the planning and execution of brand strategies, focusing on increasing visibility, loyalty, and driving growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, managing campaigns, and ensuring all efforts align with the company’s vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand initiatives, including product launches and promotions, to enhance visibility and customer loyalty.
- Plan and manage A&P activities, consumer insights, competitor analysis, and product innovations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective branding and communication strategies.
- Conduct market research to guide strategies and oversee product lifecycle planning for new launches.
- Manage promotional materials, digital content, and campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Represent the brand marketing department in customer engagements and address feedback to maintain trust.
- Monitor marketing and sales performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop cost-effective brand plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation within budget.
- Stay updated on market trends through regular visits and competitor monitoring.
- Align brand goals with top management’s vision to increase awareness and influence purchase decisions.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and maintain alignment across all touchpoints.
- Take ownership of food safety compliance and address any related challenges.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms with a focus on digital content management.
