education & experience: a bachelor’s degree in engineering, asset management, or a related field, with extensive experience in asset management, preferably within the infrastructure or industrial sector.
technical skills: strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, predictive maintenance, risk analysis, and industry regulations. familiarity with asset management software and data analytics tools is a plus.
leadership & collaboration: proven ability to lead teams, work cross-functionally, and engage with stakeholders to drive asset performance improvements.
problem-solving & analytical thinking: ability to assess complex asset management challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices to optimize operations.
regulatory & compliance knowledge: understanding of relevant legal and industry compliance requirements, ensuring all asset management activities adhere to standards and guidelines.
