About the Job
As an Application Specialist, you will:

Provide pre- and post-sales application support, focusing on customer needs, solution delivery, and technical advisory.
Work closely with the sales team to evaluate technology and product positioning, ensuring that all solutions meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
Conduct workflow development, including onsite requirements gathering and process definition, leading to successful solution implementation.
Perform advanced training for customers, ensuring they are proficient in using the company's laboratory solutions.
Provide expert consultation on regulatory compliance and product applications, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the process.
Conduct testing and data analysis of customer samples and prepare detailed reports for clients.

Skills & Experience Required

Holds a Degree in Science (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field).
Has at least 2-3 years of experience in laboratory application support or working in a laboratory environment.
Has hands-on knowledge of laboratory processes, including experiment planning, analysis creation, report writing, and adhering to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
Has technical experience with laboratory instrumentation.
Has excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
