about the job
- To recommend to business if the current ERP/MRP systems fits the current operation OR to propose other reliable ERP/MRP system.
- The ERP/MRP systems should be able to cater any of these business functions, primarily Manufacturing & Finance ; 1) Manufacturing - Production Floor 2) Finance 3) SCM 4) WMS/Material Management
- To maintain the specfic ERP/MRP systems to ensure optimum performance and reliability at all time
- To take part in end-to-end SAP project eg ; business requirement gathering,
understand business processes, hands-on functional configuration based on requirements (eg ; table and data structure), UAT & others - To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders
- To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
- To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
about the manager/team
The role is an individual contributor role where you will be assisting the management in deciding whether to maintain / change the current ERP/MRP system. Should the said system changes, you will be the key person to implement the system alongside with vendors. You will also be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on a daily support role of Manufacturing ERP system.
about requirements:
- Someone who has at least 4 years of experience in any ERP/MRP within implementation project and/or support (L2/L3) is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with exposure in either cloud or on-premise is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Someone with exposure in either one of these programming languages ; Microsoft VB.Net / SQL is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Someone with exposure in either one of these database management systems (MS SQL Server / Oracle) or networking principles is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Someone with experience on Project Management & Vendor Management is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Someone with at leadership experience is an added advantage but not compulsary (this is individual contributor role)
- Someone within Manufacturing industry experience is mostly sought after but not compulsary.
