- Answer customer calls, emails, and online chats helpfully and professionally. Solve their questions about our products and services quickly and accurately.
- Explain our products and services clearly, offer solutions, and help customers make good choices to support sales.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently by listening carefully, recording details, and figuring out the problem.
- Work with other teams (like tech and delivery) to fix complaints and keep customers updated until everything is resolved. Keep records of how complaints were handled.
- Keep customers informed about their orders, service appointments, and any follow-ups.
- Maintain our customer database by keeping their information accurate and up-to-date (contact details, purchases, service history).
- Track and analyze customer service data (like common questions and complaints) to help the company improve our services and products.
about the manager/team
- Diploma/ Degree graduate in Mechatronics/ electronics or similar qualification
- Has 2 years working experience in the industry
- Has experience working with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage data and create documents.
- Able to understand customer problems and find good solutions. Can stay calm and handle tricky situations.
