Lease Administration: Oversee all lease administration tasks, including the preparation, circulation, and filing of leasing offer letters, proposal forms, tenancy variations, termination letters, exit forms, and other related correspondence.
Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records of tenancy transactions, tenant details, and other relevant information.
Document Submission and Monitoring:Monitor the progress of all tenancy-related documentation to ensure timely completions.

A strong understanding of lease administration and tenancy documentation processes.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Posses a law degree is an added advantage
Experience in property management or a related field is preferred
