Main Responsibilities
- Manage and update financial records, including accounts and ledgers.
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, and receipt tracking.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting of financial activities.
- Monitor and maintain cash flow to support operational needs.
- Contribute to budgeting processes and assist in generating financial analyses.
- Provide support for payroll and employee payment documentation.
- Manage general office expenses and oversee administrative documentation.
- Coordinate and maintain organizational paperwork and procedural systems.
- Ensure proper storage, maintenance, and accessibility of financial and administrative files.
- Maintain compliance with financial standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Competencies
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English with strong writing and speaking capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in using accounting and office software tools.
