• Processing and allocating receipts and payments
• Ensuring unallocated cash is maintained at a minimum level and followed up actively
• Manage Collection activities, including chasing payment, follow up, and answering any queries from debtor
• Maintaining records of documents processed for ready access and producing various reports when required
• Assisting with month end accounting procedures and with the production of monthly or quarterly reports as required
• Ensure procedural notes and manuals are consistently updated for all assigned tasks.
• Participate in process performance reviews, efficiency evaluations, and audits as needed.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously seek self-improvement by enhancing practices and processes.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the manager or relevant authority.

it'll be good if you are

• experience in both Shared Service environment
• local Malaysia resident (must)
• interested with project exposure, and continuous improvement mindset
• degree in accounting is preferrable
• good knowledge in end-to-end processes for Accounts Receivables
