We are a growing construction company based in Kulim, Kedah, specializing in various construction projects. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounts and Admin Executive to join our team and contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts for the company and its projects
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for ongoing and new projects
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and correspondence
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors regarding financial and administrative matters
- Support the CFO in various financial and administrative aspects of project management
- Assist in human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of accounting and administrative experience, preferably in the construction sector
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills
- Experience in construction industry accounting is highly preferred
- EPF and SOCSO contributions as per statutory requirements
- Annual leave as per standard policy
- Exposure to various aspects of the construction industry
