survey information.

The Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) is the most representative and inclusive employer brand research in the world. It is the only study that captures the workforce sentiments towards key employee value proposition factors from employees and job seekers between the ages 18 and 64.

REBR provides unique labour market insights, bringing together:

  • 32 markets
  • 6,084 companies
  • nearly 173,000 respondents

The outcomes are based on public perception and focus on two main areas: overall brand awareness and relative attractiveness. This creates a level playing field for all of the commercial companies. The awards are not open for nomination and the results are based solely on the opinions of the local workforce – making it the only award that truly represents ‘the people’s choice’.

The 2024 Randstad Malaysia Employer Brand Research was conducted independently with 2,500 locally-based respondents.

how is REBR unique.

Unlike other employer branding studies, REBR is not based on company nominations or judging panels. It is an independent research where the results are based solely on the opinions and votes of the local potential working demographic, giving a truly impartial view of the employee market and a true reflection of employer attractiveness for each of the participating countries’ largest employers.
