Randstad Malaysia dazzled a panel of judges at the annual Asia Recruitment Awards and received the Bronze Award for Best Recruitment Innovation by a Recruitment Solution Provider.

Randstad Malaysia impressed the panel of judges with its forward-looking and innovative take on integrating HR technology within its website. The Live Chat function provides online visitors an immersive experience as they are able to have real time conversations with Randstad customer experience specialists to guide them through their job search and job application process. Clients looking to hire also have direct access to the same chat agents and have their queries attended to immediately. The Perfect Match solution is a pop-up on the Randstad Malaysia’s website which collects key data from passive candidates so that they can be automatically matched to their ‘perfect job’ as soon as an opportunity that fits their criteria arises. These solutions free up the consultants’ time that would otherwise be spent on reviewing thousands of resumes or making cold calls, so that they can focus on the activities that truly matter - providing a more personal touch and quality service to Randstad’s clients and candidates.
The award comes after a global brand refresh, as the company aims to leverage technology capabilities to deliver a more innovative and customer-centric market offering, with human interaction at its core. Through the Randstad Innovation Fund - a strategic corporate venture fund to fuel innovation - the company will continue to explore, expand and push boundaries in human resource technology with a focus on online platforms, big data analytics, machine learning, as well as sourcing, screening and selection tools.
