- Fahad Naeem has been promoted from Associate Director of Technology to Head of Operations in Randstad Malaysia

Mr Naeem began his journey with Randstad Malaysia as a Senior Consultant in 2012, and served as a Manager in Technology Recruitment in 2017. He quickly ascended the ranks and was appointed as the associate director of Technology and Banking in 2020.
Under his new remit as Head of Operations, Mr Naeem will expand his responsibilities to lead and manage the Randstad’s operations in Malaysia and will be reporting to Managing Director of Randstad Singapore & Malaysia, Ms. Jaya Dass.

Mr Sin joined the Randstad family in October 2017 as a principal consultant in Construction, Property and Engineering with 10 years’ experience in the market. He was promoted to manager in 2018 to oversee the property sector.
Over the years, Mr Sin had built himself a strong reputation and brand in the local market, strengthening our talent recruitment capabilities in Malaysia. Under his mentoring and coaching, his team has established themselves as the leading recruiters within the construction and property sector.
In his new remit as Associate Director of Banking, Accounting and Finance, Mr Sin will be expanding his portfolio to further solidify Randstad’s position in Malaysia.
