about the role
They are currently looking for a Workforce Planning and Development Manager to join their growing team. You responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
- Manage the staffing project life cycle
- Understanding supply and demand gaps across the market
- Act as an advisor on staffing challenges
- Weekly staffing pipeline, utilisation, project reviews, time variance reporting
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the Regional Senior Talent Management Manager, working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You have strong knowledge of industry regionally. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills.
