The position entails the responsibilities involved ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's product or service; You will be the manager, initiating the recruitment process of your team.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be the face of the Insider to the stakeholder/ users! You’ll be the bridge between their needs and the technology
- Help stakeholders/ users to understand their needs and on the product features best match their goals and expectations
- Ensure the stakeholders are utilising the products & technology at peak by providing top-notch service.
- Monitor and facilitate the stakeholders adoption of the product
- Work with our data-geeks (aka engineers and developers) and product specialists whenever it’s required
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities to boost the value
- Proactively provide constant feedback to your team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to create a bigger impact on both partnership and stakeholders
- Establish a trusted adviser relationship that ensures overall satisfaction
- Plan strategies to help stakeholders in meeting their objectives, prioritising and driving resolution on escalated customer issues
- Bring new product ideas to the table! As an account strategist, you will be helping the product and design gurus shape product roadmap

- Prior experience working on SaaS product / environment
- Good understanding of tech jargons
- You have at least 6+ years experience in related role
- Leadership abilities - at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role

- Analytical skills & a quick-learner on SaaS products
