Randstad is partnering with a top MNC that specializes in producing and distributing laminate products. The company is expanding their footprint in Malaysia and looking for a Sales Executive as part of their growth strategy.
duties and responsibility:
- Meet with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, and related stakeholders to promote the use of company products in their projects.
- Maintain thorough documentation including project records, customer data files, and daily visit reports.
- Take charge of building a project pipeline to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and pursue opportunities with potential customers, while also supporting distributors in boosting sales and enhancing customer service.
- Implement management-directed strategies effectively.
- Gather market intelligence including competitor analysis and market trends.
- Assess client requirements, provide technical explanations of products, and demonstrate their applications.
- Meet monthly sales targets and fulfill project requirements set by the company.
- Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the department head.
skill/experience:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Construction Project sales, other surfacing material (Laminate, Wallpaper, Carpets etc) will be an advantage.
- Result-orientated.
- Independent, creative and resourceful.
- Ability to work as a team.
