Reporting to Head of Business Division
Key accountabilities:
- Managing day to day operations, operations teams and operations department
- Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction
- Analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
- Using strong communication skills to foster a culture of innovation and productivity in the workplace
- Incorporating new technologies, operating systems, and business process
Skills & experience
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations within f&b industry
- Proven leadership skills, experience leading a team to drive revenue growth
- Analytical thinking & data driven
- Great communication skills
