This role is 100% remote.
- Oversees all aspects of an online store, including sales, marketing, and customer experience to drive product sales
- Oversee the development and implementation of E-Commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising.
- Maintain and improve E-Commerce sites to ensure that they are user-friendly, intuitive, and optimized for search engines.
- Ideate, develop and implement E-commerce strategies involving content and email marketing, and managing subscriber lists.
- Optimize customer journey through retargetting / Email Marketing campaigns through Klaviyo or other Email Marketing platforms.
- Analyze E-Commerce data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s E-Commerce strategies remain competitive.
about you
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce Marketing with hands-on experience in Shopify.
- Proficient in using major email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, MailChimp) and understanding of email automation tools.
- Excellent analytical abilities to track and understand key E-Commerce and Email Marketing metrics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with cross collaboration amongst international teams.
